Kelly was a Research Fellow in the Quantitative and Applied Ecology Group, CEED, at the University of Melbourne. She is now a research scientist in the Science and Management Effectiveness Branch at Parks Victoria. Her research focuses on the social element of conservation science and the application of decision science to conservation and natural resource management.
